This new size of D Contact from Smith offers very different measurements. At 11cm long and weighing in at 26cm, it's denser and more capable of catching bigger fish. It will cast far and target many species of predator.

You can use it to fish for migratory salmonids. Sea trout come to mind, as do salmon for the luckiest of you. You'll also be able to follow it out to sea, with a natural ease in its action to make both bass and pollack react. Lastly, it will not be uncomfortable with all the light exo practices that require the use of a jerkbait.

It will easily cope with a trolling action but will mainly be used as a bring back lure, with a few taps of the scion to give it its full action.
