The latest addition to the Shimano family of casting reels, the Curado MGL completes the range with a small, compact body weighing just 195g. It has been designed to make casting small lures easy. You'll be able to cast under 7g and still be successful.

There are 2 different ratios to choose from, with 74cm and 81cm of retrieve per crank revolution. Featuring clearly top-of-the-range technologies, it could clearly dethrone the very popular Curado E that many anglers wouldn't change for anything in the world.

But these characteristics don't mean it can't be used for techniques such as power fishing, pitching or flipping, thanks to the power and robustness we've come to expect from the Curado.
