The Tournament Surf Basia 2020 spinning reel designed by Daiwa is an exceptional product. Made in the firm's Japanese factories, its compact body houses a powerful drive. The entire reel is made from 100% Zaion carbon, making it both light and robust. Its latest-generation Digigear II control wheel will smoothly wind surfcasting rigs.

The gear is completely protected from salt water attack by MagSealed magnetic oil. Its carbon rotor provides unrivalled smoothness, thanks in particular to the 10 integrated bearings (7 of which are CRBB anti-corrosion). The size 45 spool is fitted with a spring-mounted HIP round line clip and a QD quick-drag brake, enabling you to switch quickly from a disengaged mode to a tight combat brake with a turn of the brake knob.
