Eumer

EUMER is a small family business located not far from Finland's west coast in Merikarvia. Merikarvia is also the name of a river popular with English fly fishermen in the 1930s, who came here to fish for salmon and sea trout. This is where brothers Jaako and Olli Ojamo grew up, both passionate about fishing and in love with their river. Jaako and Olli Ojamo used to make their own tubes. Seeing the success of their creations, the fishermen asked them to make their own. The two boys' reputation continued to grow, and they decided to create EUMER.
