This lure from Sakura is a little different from what you'll usually find on the shelves of your local tackle shop. It is, however, a very well-known model across the Atlantic, with the famous name of Bucktail.

it consists of a painted jig head with a single prick hook, and a skirt made from natural hair and fibres. This makes it very easy to use. You'll be able to cast it a long way and animate it in a variety of ways.

It can handle linear action as well as waddling and will work well in both sea and freshwater. This 14g version will be more gliding than the 21g model, and will allow for sometimes slower animations.
