This Madcat rod has been developed for catfish fishing. The 1m70 of this Close Combat G2 will allow you to tackle relatively powerful fish with very specific fishing techniques.

It will excel in vertical fishing. You'll be able to use it with either a casting or spinning reel. The rings are suitable for use with either.

The light weight of just over 250g makes this rod very easy to handle and use for hours on end. The 30 TC blank, Seaguide guides, Fuji reel seat and EVA foam handle will do the rest of the work.
