Description

This Flat Tricoroll 55 S is one of the main new products for the 2018 trout season. Designed and tested in Japan, this lure is reminiscent of the D-Incite from Smith. You'll find identical characteristics and more or less similar swimming actions. This lure is quite simply the result of 3 years of testing and feedback between the characteristics of our rivers and the Japanese design.

This fast-sinking minnow has a more compressed body (extra flat) than the original version. This characteristic gives it a marked ability to cross the water column more quickly and reach the bottom of the river where the current is much slower. The lure's mechanical characteristics make it particularly effective on the way down (strong rolling effect), as well as on 'downstream' or 'three-quarter downstream' drifts where the angler follows the lure, rod high, with a semi-tensioned banner.

In these conditions, the slightest movement sets the lure in motion by the simple pressure exerted by the current on the triangular-shaped lip, which gives it great stability in the most agitated sectors. The traditional jerking and twitching action is still effective in fooling trout. Particularly at home in all types of watercourse, its streamlined body gives it exceptional hold in the most chaotic areas, but also in slower sectors where the slightest water pressure or action is likely to cause it to wobble. The belly hook is fixed with a rolling swivel to minimise the risk of unhooking.
