Description
The new Aerlex range includes robust models with an instant drag designed to propel well weighted rigs for both carp fishing and surfcasting. The new, sleek look, the Aero Wrap II line winding system with two oscillation speeds and the AR-C spool all combine to deliver excellent casting performance. A very important point for carp anglers and surfcasters. The high 4.6:1 ratio gives Aerlex reels excellent retrieve performance, especially when reeling in heavy rigs on crowded bottoms. The SPOD version has an even higher ratio of 5.3:1, allowing you to retrieve 115 cm of nylon or braid per turn of the crank. This makes it quick and easy to retrieve the spod so you can spend more time fishing.
- Thanks to the 2 protected stainless steel bearings and the needle bearing, the retrieve power is both maximum and gentle
- The "Aero Wrap" combined with the AR-C spool increases casting distances
