The Deps Huge Custom H3S-81RF is a strong (XXX) and very resonant rod with a relatively soft tip (regular fast taper). These characteristics give it incredible swinging power and unrivalled versatility for a rod of this size. A super long cast capable of propelling 15g lures and catapulting the biggest big baits on the market up to 280g! Ideal for swimbaiting, it's the ultimate weapon for stalking trophy pike and catfish on large lakes. Its 2.47 metre length means it can be used for long-range hooking in a lot of water, as is often the case in alpine lakes when you're pulling for pike. When a fish is hooked on the Huge Custom 81, it has no chance of being unhooked!

The HUGE CUSTOM 81 rod is fitted with Fuji SIC T-MNST Ocean "Ikashikiri" spiral guides (Brazilian wraps) to prevent the blank from rotating during very strong pulls and to reduce the risk of loops on the head ring.
