Description

This silent lure has a very low centre of gravity for long casts on pelamids and tuna .Its size is close to the prey these predators like and its profile allows it to be retrievedat high speed. When stopped for long periods ,its rolling action( the lure oscillates fromside to side) is reminiscent of wounded prey. I like to use this lure with a fast, jerky retrieve when predators are in a feeding frenzy. Its second advantage is that it can be used in rough waters. Close to a rocky bar with strong currents, the Surger works wonderfully where some bib lures fail.
