The New LV RTO is a Lipless Crankbait that shimmers on the way down. Takahiro Omori has designed this lure so that it shimmers on the way down to get the most educated fish on the hook. On the retrieve, the very flat and wide head provides plenty of traction and gives the lure a very tight swimming action that you'll feel in the rod.
