Rod inspection
We have put in place an inspection procedure for all our products, and in particular for each batch of fishing rods before they are offered for sale second-hand. To satisfy as many of you as possible, we have decided to be particularly demanding on a number of specific points, for both spinning and casting rods.
The first thing we check is the general condition of the rod. We will then give you an indication of this condition to help you make your choice. You'll find as many photos as possible on each advert, showing all the details you need to know, as well as the accessories.
Of course, we check all the components of rod to ensure that it is suitable for fishing. We'll inspect the rings, the reel seat, the shape of the carbon blank and the joints on all the rods. This will ensure that what you can't see will be checked.
Finally, it's important to note that all rods will be shipped in PVC tubes offering optimum protection for transport. This means you can count on a low price and the same quality of treatment and shipment as the new products sold on the site.
The origin of these fishing rods
We have several sources of supply so that we can offer you several fishing rod advertisements with immediate dispatch. Customers will be the first contributors to this second-hand space. It's not uncommon for people to want to change rod or to find they have no use for it and want to sell it on. We will then be there to take back these products and offer them for sale.
Brands can also play the game by offering us products, particularly rods that have been part of a showroom, exhibition or trade show. Most of them have never been fished and are therefore in impeccable condition. You may find a few marks on the reel seat from holding them, but that's all.

What type of rods?
We mainly sell lure fishing rods. We therefore tend to offer you more regularly this type of lure-oriented equipment. However, it's not uncommon to find rods for toc trout fishing, fly fishing, carp fishing and so on. We'll be adding to our range as new items arrive, but we'll always take delivery as seriously as ever.
There are many brands of fishing rods. They will all be represented without distinction. Daiwa for example, we'll be stocking the following brands: Shimano, Smith, Tenryu and many others.
