The Current Sniper XR is available in a versatile range of lengths and actions. Its high-performance features come from a High Modulus Full Carbon blank, incorporating exclusive Shimano Spiral X Core, Hi-Power X, and Nanopitch technologies. This combination reduces blank twist and improves casting distance and accuracy, offering exceptional long-distance performance.
Shimano's unique Spiral X-Core technology strengthens the blank, while the screw lock system increases the strength of the joint and facilitates the disassembly of the rod. The SiC Fuji stainless steel K-type rings enhance casting performance and reduce line wear. The Fuji DPS reel seat, with a double locking nut, ensures a secure fit for all reel sizes, while the ergonomic EVA handle provides a secure grip, even when wet.
