The Magic Swing Tail in 5 inches is a soft bait of the soft jerkbait type. This Illex bait with an innovative and surprising design was designed to seduce the most wary predators.

With a perfectly balanced flexibility, this soft bait is equipped with a "Flex Connection" in the center of its body, which gives it a unique erratic swimming action. The flashes produced by its flat sides and the tight vibrations of its highly mobile tail perfectly mimic a fish in distress, thus attracting predators who shun the mechanical vibrations of shads and other traditional soft baits.

Several animation strategies are available to you with the Magic Swing Tail 5. In vertical, for fishing zander, pike, bass and pollock, this bait stands out for its absence of paddle, offering minimal water resistance and producing subtle vibrations even at very low speed. This hydrodynamic shape allows for easy vertical presentation, both for live fishing and in cluttered areas.

You can also exploit the sensitivity of the tail by making it "twerk" on the bottom in drop-shot or slightly leaded with 5 to 14g. For faster actions, offset it by giving it pulls and sharp tractions when it is mounted on a lead head from 7 to 21g.
