The Swim Tail is a new innovative iteration of the famous Westin Swim lure, a must-have for pike fishermen. This hybrid lure is designed based on the 12cm Original Swim. It stands out with its ingenious screw attachment that allows you to change the tail in a few seconds. You can then choose between a shad type tail and a grub type tail. This feature gives fishermen the necessary flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and varying behaviors of pikes.

The versatility of the Swim Tail lies in its two types of interchangeable tails: the paddle tail and the curl tail. During a regular retrieval or with short pauses, the paddle tail perfectly simulates a prey swimming peacefully, thus attracting pikes in search of an easy prey. On the other hand, the curl tail is ideal for a more traditional retrieval, such as twitching or jerking, punctuated by numerous pauses to imitate an injured or disoriented fish, a technique that never fails to arouse the interest of predators.

The Swim Tail measures 17.5cm with the paddle tail and 19cm with the curl tail, thus offering a nice bite for the most greedy pikes. This easy-to-use lure adapts to many fishing conditions throughout the seasons, making it a must-have in your lure box.

To maximize its effectiveness, you can vary the animation: when using the curl tail, point the rod upwards for a more pronounced twitching action, or downwards for a more classic tail bait action. In addition, adding a lead pear in the front eyelet allows fishing in deeper areas.
