The rod Element Rider S 240 H Yellow Fight is an exceptional fishing rod designed by Illex, for tuna fishing with lures in the Mediterranean or in the South-West Atlantic off our French coasts. It is also ideal for all exotic fishing targeting species such as jacks, amberjacks, yellowtails, mahi-mahi, tuna, roosterfish, and tarpon.

Its length of 2m40 allows for precise long-distance casting, while remaining discreet so as not to scare the fish. Thanks to its action, it can easily cast jerkbaits of 100g as well as poppers of over 200g, making it an extremely versatile rod, capable of adapting to all fishing conditions.

With a power of 80 lbs, this rod is designed to bend quickly during fights with fish of 20 kg, thus reducing the fatigue of the fish and the fisherman. It also provides additional safety in case of catching larger fish, up to 40 or 50 kg, a situation that is increasingly common today.

This Element Rider is made from the new high-end X5 blank. This blank uses a pre-impregnated sheet process, with a carbon fiber orientation at three different angles, thus offering increased lightness, resonance, and power. The result is a pleasant fishing experience and increased efficiency.

It is equipped with Fuji SIC rings from the "K" series, which eliminate any risk of line tangling during casting, even in difficult conditions. The rings are assembled on double ligatures for maximum robustness. In addition, the Fuji DPS-LD20/ASH+DPSM20/AB reel seat, with its tightening ring, ensures optimal grip during fights.
