The Balisong Minnow Longbill is a hard bait Deps designed to fish for fish that are found at medium to deep depths, where short-billed jerkbaits cannot swim. It also excels in clear waters where crankbaits may seem too aggressive, as well as in situations where fish are less active and difficult to lure.

This minnow is not only compatible with linear retrieval, interspersed with pauses, in tapping bottom, technique which involves making contact with hard structures such as rocks and tetras. This method is effective all year round and particularly for perch and black bass fishing.

The Balisong Minnow Longbill's ability to fish structures without losing its axis ensures that it stays in the predator's hunting zone thanks to great straight-line stability, even in case of contact with an obstacle. In waters where the waves are moderate, its tight rolling action during slow retrieval encourages selective black bass to attack without suspicion.

This floating minnow swims between 2m50 to 3m in simple retrieval. In winter, when the water temperature is low, its line remains suspended thanks to its specific density, allowing it to cover a depth of 3m to 3m80 with linear retrieval. A 6.5mm tungsten mass transfer integrated into this lure extends to the back of the body to ensure a stable flight attitude and exceptional casting distance.

The noise of internal mass transfer and realistic micro-vibrations during pauses increase its attractiveness to predators. The shape of this lure's lip ensures a stable trajectory, even in contact with hard structures, and the V-shaped belly, adjusted to the hook, provide a smooth swim and a lively action at the stop.

This lure is equipped with a size #4 hook and a size #3 split ring.
