Description
The Morethan Branzino Expert spinning rods push the boundaries of innovation! These Daiwa rods represent a revolution in the field of sport fishing, setting new standards in terms of lightness and sensitivity. These exceptional rods, specifically designed for sea bass fishing, are the result of cutting-edge Japanese engineering, adapted to the specifics of European sea bass (wolf) fishing. Their design is based on a rigorous specification transmitted to Daiwa.
The uniqueness of these rods lies in the integration of SVF Compile-X carbon, an innovation that combines various resins for optimal fixation of carbon fibers. This breakthrough, resulting from collaboration with Toray and its nanotechnologies, allows for blanks of unmatched density, combining increased sensitivity with remarkable lightness and strength.
The quest for excellence led Daiwa to equip these rods with AGS carbon rings, reducing their weight by 30%. These rings, equipped with a thinner but equally robust carbon structure, are complemented by a Cobalt oxide ring. This lightweight and compact design significantly improves casting distance while minimizing vibrations during action. Daiwa Japan has pushed innovation even further by integrating ESS technology, which, thanks to digital sensors, analyzes and adjusts the performance of the rod with extreme precision, guaranteeing an unparalleled fishing experience.
This blank manufacturing process involves superimposing spiral carbon fibers (90°), unidirectional fibers (0°) on three layers and two thicknesses of carbon laid by two opposite helical windings (45°). These two additional crossed windings have given the name Bias Cross Wrap. The X45 carbon winding adopts elasticity and a return to the initial shape regardless of the angle of the blank load.
The AGS technology developed by Daiwa provides a unique and exclusive structure in terms of rings. The frame of these rings is composed of a specific very resonant carbon that offers good transmission of information in the rod and into your hand. Carbon, the material used for the rods, provides rigidity and lightness. The AGS carbon rings are the lightest in the world: the smallest weighs only 0.028g!
- 99% SVF Compile-X Nanoplus carbon blank with x45 fiber winding and 3DX reinforcement
- Spigot V-Joint fitting
- Exclusive Daiwa AGS carbon rings. Under the first two rings is a carbon sheet that reinforces the blank to prevent the base of the ring from compressing the blank during high tension. Titanium Torzite head ring
- Customized ring reel seat
- High density EVA handle (made in Japan)
- Tip action
- Each model is delivered in a superb cordura protective cover
- Under-binding on the rings to guarantee the hold and protection of the blank during high tractions
