The squid jig Stingray Soft from Sakura stands out for its flexible body. It is made with a unique flexible PVC that reacts to heat and light, thus increasing its attractiveness and realism. Its advanced hydrodynamic design and precise weighting allow it to be easy to cast, quickly dive into the depths, and maintain a horizontal position during the descent, maximizing its efficiency.
In a spirit of eco-responsibility, Sakura has replaced the lead usually used in the ballast with a zinc alloy, thus reducing the environmental impact in case of loss. The Stingray Soft is also equipped with a system of high-quality double BKK hooks, extremely thin and sharp, minimizing the risks of unhooking the cuttlefish or squid.
Designed to perform an erratic swim, the Stingray Soft excels in the "darting" fishing technique. Its structure allows for marked lateral movements during the "Bichi Bachi" animation, where sudden and rapid movements of the rod upwards, combined with a recovery, create an irresistible action for the squid and are ideal for exploring the intermediate water layers. This strategy proves particularly effective for cephalopod fishing.
