The surfcasting rod Tidal XR Solid Carbon Lowrider is a rod Penn part of the new and exclusive Penn Tidal surfcasting concept. The Tidal XR Solid Carbon lowrider rods are fitted with a very thin and light blank made from a blend of 30T and 40T carbon.
This responsive blank also features Carbon X-wrap technology, which makes the blank even more powerful and reduces twisting when casting. As a result, you get greater casting accuracy even at long distances. The Tidal XR Solid Carbon LR rods feature a sensitive, solid tip that means you won't miss a single bite.
These Penn rods are finished with saltwater-resistant Fuji Alconite Lowrider guides and a special X-Shrink Casting handle to meet the needs of the most demanding anglers.
