The hard bait Precision Xtreme Mavrik 110 is a jerkbait from the brand Rapala which can be used for both sea and freshwater fishing. For freshwater fishing, however, you will need to remove one hook to comply with current legislation. As usual, Rapala has left nothing to chance in the manufacture of this hard lure. The Precision Xtreme Mavrik 110 is a slender jerkbait that's ideal for sea bass, pike, perch, black bass or zander fishing in freshwater.

The Mavrik features the internal MaxCast mass transfer system for accurate long-distance casts. The MaxCast system consists of an extra tungsten weight that improves casting performance against the wind and stability in the water.

For optimum efficiency, Rapala recommends slowly reeling in the Precision Xtreme Mavrik 110 with short taps to get it swimming and off balance. By applying short, dry pulls, this jerkbait turns 180 degrees. When paused, the Mavrik imitates a wounded fish thanks to its head-down position. This hard bait suspending jerkbait remains motionless at the same swimming depth during the pause to trigger attacks close to the fish following it.
