Description

The hybrid lure Grouper 180 S is a swimbait from the brand Gunki. This soft and hard lure has a hard ABS body and a soft vibrating tail. This pike fishing lure comes with a shad tail (inspired by the G'Bump) which is removable by means of a screw system and can be replaced by a comma tail (sold separately).

The Grouper 180 S is a sinking lure designed to swim in little water over weed beds. This highly versatile hybrid lure has two pull points for added versatility. The rings on the belly allow the weight and swimming depth of the lure to be adjusted using clip-on weights. Without weight, the Grouper can swim in just 10cm of water! Gunki has chosen to include a 4g clip-weight to make it swim in around 60cm of water.

If you want to make it colour faster and fish deeper or along breaks, attach the weight to the front of the lure. For a slower, flatter descent, to fish grass beds or shallow areas, attach the clip weight to the middle of the lure.

For slow fishing in little water, or fast fishing (depending on the weight added), prefer the pull point at the front of the lure.

When cranked slowly, the lure fishes hollow and imitates the signal of a large prey on the move thanks to the volume of water displaced by the tilting of its sides. For this animation, prefer the pull ring over the head.

This lure is a real 4x4. It can be used in a variety of fishing zones, from shallow to deep. It also tolerates different retrieve speeds so you can fish faster or slower depending on the activity. When used as a trolling lure, it doesn't pull very hard at rod but still has the volume of a large prey.

This lure is a real magnet for big pike that you can use anywhere.
