The hard bait Dex Long Shot is a jerkbait from the brand Berkley. At 10cm, it is the smallest of the Long Shots. It is mainly designed for sea fishing. As its name suggests, it is extremely easy to cast far and accurately thanks to the magnetic Weight Ramp system.

The Dex Long Shot can be used for both shore and boat fishing. It's the lure of choice for sea bass or freshwater pike and perch fishing. It is a very strong jerkbait. It has been designed to withstand the force of the biggest predators. Its lip is also very robust. So you can fish with this lure close to rocks without the risk of breaking it.

The Dex Long Shot is a jerkbait that's easy to animate. Just apply a few sharp jerks to the lure to get it out of line. Accompany its retrieve with more or less marked pauses to decide which fish to follow. When stopped, the Dex Long Shot will oscillate making it all the more attractive. This hard bait sinking lure swims at depths of between 30cm and 1m, making it an excellent hard lure for game fishing.
