The Kahe POD Electric Propulsion motor is easy to install and takes up very little space. It can be fitted in seconds to a Stand-Up Paddle, canoe, kayak or float tube!

This motor is easily fitted in place of the fin (or on a box to be fixed). The Kahe POD electric motor acts as an electric assist and stabilising fin (even when the assist is switched off). It's a great accessory for fishing remote spots that are difficult to reach with float tubes and fins.
The Kahe POD motor is compatible with sliding fin holders and US box fin holders.
To install it on a float tube, Kahe has developed an easy-to-install glue-on base.
This motor is used with a remote control supplied with 3 speeds. This remote control is equipped with a propulsion battery level indicator and is fully waterproof to IP68. It attaches to your wrist or paddle using the wrist strap supplied in the pack .
With this motor, you can reach speeds of up to 7 km/h (depending on the boat and the user). You'll have a range of 2 hours to reach your fishing spots and launch without difficulty. Propulsion reduces the effects of wind and currents.
This motor has a rechargeable LG 21700 lithium cell battery (like Tesla...) that can be removed and transported by plane (99 Wh)
The Kahe POD is easy to maintain but requires a few recommendations to take care of it and avoid injury:
- avoid heat, do not leave the Kahe POD and its battery in direct sunlight.
- disconnect the battery when the Kahe POD is not in use.
- rinse the entire product with clean water (not salted) after each session. Dry the product thoroughly before opening.
- keep your hands or any object away from the propeller.
The Kahe POD electric assistance system is equipped with intelligence that automatically cuts off propulsion in the event of a fall.
Possibility of pre-setting via the mobile application (not compulsory)
The legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years for the entire product (electric assistance, remote control and battery).
