The brand's W6 8 Braid Lime Punch Westin comes in 300m spools. This 8-strand braid is versatile for lure fishing.

The W6 braid has been developed using a unique construction process. Westin has chosen to use top quality Japanese UHMPE (Ultra High Molecular Polyethylene) fibres to manufacture this W6 braid because of its incredible performance and strength. The Advanced High PIC" weaveused has been specially developed for this braid to provide greater abrasion resistance and strength.

This 8-strand braid has a 36 PIC (weaves per inch) construction that gives a stronger line for its diameter. In addition, the tighter weave of Advanced High PIC provides a smoother surface for longer, more accurate casts. Thanks to the Dura-Coating gel process, you can improve your casting performance even further. The Dura-Coating gel process gives the braid a smoother, more hydrophobic surface, reducing water absorption and lowering friction.

What's more, W6 8 Braid Lime Punch retains its colour for longer. This braid is soaked in vats of dye before being treated in the oven to 'cook' the pigment and finally sealed with a dura-coat for greater longevity.
