Description

The Jerkbite MR hard bait is a hard lure from the brand Westin with a length of 9cm. After 2 years of research and testing, the Jerkbite is the latest addition to the "Bite" range. The Jerkbite MR is a formidable jerkbait that swims between 1m and 2m. It is the perfect complement to the shallower diving Jerkbait SR.

This hard lure has been developed to be used as a classic jerkbait / twitchbait but deeper. It tolerates fast, aggressive fishing by making jerks with longer or shorter pauses. This way it triggers the aggressiveness of the fish.

Usually used at the beginning of the season, the jerkbait is a formidable lure during the colder months by applying longer pauses between each twitch. Even with a regular retrieve, this lure has a fantastic action. Don't forget to take breaks - it's the key to getting as many bites as possible! During breaks, the Jerkbite has a perfectly balanced suspending action.

Easy to cast, the Jerkbite has an integrated long casting system where two steel balls lodge in the tail when casting and settle in the belly of the lure when retrieving. This system ensures long, accurate casts and adds to the extremely effective darting action - just like a panicking baitfish.
