The Jerkbite SR hard bait from the brand Westin is a hard jerkbait measuring 9cm in length. This hard lure is the result of two years of research. The Jerkbite is designed to be used as a jerkbait / twitchbait. As such, it comes to life with scything blows that throw it off balance. It's a formidable lure for fast, aggressive jerking with longer or shorter pauses, depending on the mood of the fish.

Often used at the start of the season, the jerkbait is also a good lure during the colder months by applying longer pauses between each twitch. With a regular retrieve, you'll get fantastic action from this little lure. However, don't forget to take breaks, it's when you're suspending that most attacks occur. What's more, the Jerkbite is perfectly balanced for this purpose.

Easy to cast, the Jerkbite has an integrated long casting system where two steel balls are lodged in the tail when casting and settle in the belly of the lure when retrieving. This system ensures long, accurate and easy casts and adds to the extremely effective darting action - just like a panicking baitfish.
