Description
The Expride 64 UL 2022 spinning rod is an ultra-light rod from the brand Shimano. With a length of 1m93, this rod is ideal for trout or perch fishing in crowded environments where a handy rod is essential.
Expride rods exude quality. They are mid-range to top-of-the-range rods. They are positioned just below the famous Poison Adrena in terms of technology. The Expride 64 UL is a sensitive, responsive and lightweight rod. This rod was originally developed for black bass fishing, but it is perfectly suited to fishing for native fish.
Despite its 2-piece design, the Expride 64 UL 2022 retains excellent sensitivity. This is the result of two exclusive Shimano technologies. Shimano uses a Full Carbon High Modulus blank constructed using Hi-Power X technology. This reduces the torsion of the blank when casting. It also improves casting distance even with a short rod.
What's more, the Expride is fitted with a monocoque carbon handle that transfers more information from the blank to your hand, giving you a great feel for your lure underwater. To further enhance the rod's sensitivity and overall performance, the Expride is fitted with Fuji SiC guides and a lightweight Shimano Ci4+ reel seat.
