Description

The Cajun Buzzbait is a lure from Sakura. This lure is made up of a metal propeller and a Zinc alloy weighted head with a silicone skirt, all assembled around a 1.2 mm diameter stainless steel wire pin. The Buzzbait combines the characteristics of a spinnerbait with those of a surface propeller lure.

The Cajun Buzzbait is a very noisy surface lure designed to attract predators from very far away. Its noisy propeller triggers attacks that are often very brutal, giving you a great adrenalin rush. The metal propeller goes into action as soon as you turn the crank and leaves a trail of bubbles behind.

This subsurface lure was originally designed to fish for black bass, but it's proving to be a formidable fish for pike and big perch. Like the spinnerbait, it is capable of crossing obstacles (weedbeds, water lilies) without a hitch by imitating the frantic flight of an amphibian or the behaviour of another predator on the hunt.

For a perfect swim, you'll need to retrieve it from just below the surface. You can vary the speed to trigger following fish. Keep a firm grip on your rod, as the attacks can be explosive and surprising!

The Cajun Buzzbait has a realistic, highly detailed head and 3D "Sakur'eyes" that add the finishing touches to the quality of this buzzbait. This buzzbait is fitted with a black-nickel, ultra-piercing, forged, long shank hook. The Cajun Buzzbait won't stand a chance against any predator that comes along. Its long shanked hook is perfectly suited to the addition of a trailer.
