The Biocraft XR fly rods are available in 2 models of 9 feet (2m74), one in line 4 and the other in line 5. These fly rods are ideal for trout fishing in rivers and reservoirs with ultra-light nymphs.
The Biocraft XR from Shimano are light, responsive rods with an impeccable finish.
Each model is a work of art that immediately becomes an extension of your arm on the water. These rods are concentrates of exclusive carbon technologies Shimano. They are fitted with high modyle carbon blanks made from HPC, Biofibre, Nanosheet and Diaflash in different blends.
This combination results in lightweight fly rods that are fine where they need to be and control power and casting performance.
Biocraft XR fly rods are built in 4 sections to limit their bulk when transported.
These Shimano fly rods are fitted with Seaguide and Fuji SIC guides, guaranteeing lightness and strength. The Seaguide reel seats combine perfectly with the traditional cork handles. Each Biocraft XR rod comes with a velvet bag and a hardcase carry tube.
