The Salty Advance spinning rod has been developed for jigging sea bass. Designed for sea bass fishing from the shore, this rod Shimano comes in 2 lengths: 2m90 and 3m05.
This rod offers excellent value for money. With a mid-range price tag, this range of rods is made from Full Carbon blanks and features a moderate fast action that generates excellent casting performance and optimum fishing comfort.
The length of these rods has been developed to allow you to cast far without difficulty and to be able to animate your jigs correctly. With Salty Advance rods, you can catch fish while they're hunting. You can also fish from a shallow beach.
The Salty Advance rods from Shimano have a medium-fast action with enough resonance to work 60-80g lures without difficulty.
You'll also benefit from a ramp of Fuji K-type Alconite stainless steel rings, renowned for their lightness, with a SiC tip ring to ensure good line management and minimise problems when casting at high speed.
Salty Advance rods feature an exclusive Shimano reel seat mounted on a modern, ergonomic EVA split grip handle.
