The Beastmaster CX STP Spiral rod from Shimano is a rod designed for trolling for tuna in the Mediterranean. This rod offers exceptional value for money. This rod, available in 50 and 80 lbs, features a unique system of spiral guides that improve fighting under extreme pressure.
Thanks to the spiral position of the guides, the line is held away from the blank producing a better action with minimal lateral twist, allowing you to exert tremendous pressure on the fish.
