Description
The Legend Tournament Pike 8'6XXH Magnum Swimbait casting rod from St Croix is THE most powerful rod in the range. For big bait fishing with lures up to 300g, this is the ideal rod!
At 2.59m long, it's a real bomb for swimbait fishing. It has the long handle you need for long, hard casts. With a power output of 100 to 300g, you'll be able to use big pike lures, soft or hard, without any difficulty and still fish comfortably.
Its length means you can fish for long hours without pain or discomfort. Constructed from a SCIV+ Carbon Fiber blank, the Magnum Swimbait is both sensitive and powerful. The Legend Tournament Pike is fitted with lightweight Alconite rings. They also allow the braid to glide smoothly through the rings.
Like the Swimbait Special, the Magnum Swimbait has an extended handle over the reel for a better grip on the rod and to enable powerful strikes to be made on larger pike.
