The Dex Trencher is a hard bait from the brand Berkley. It completes the Dex range of swimbaits, which is already well stocked with excellent lures for freshwater and sea fishing. The Dex Trencher is equipped with the Weight Ramp system. This feature, which is unique to crankbaits, makes for longer, more accurate casts.

The Dex Trencher is also equipped with a stabilising disc in the lip to prevent the crank from spinning out of line even at high retrieve speeds or in the event of impact with the bottom or structures. Versatile and easy to use, this small 4cm, 5g swimmer will prove to be a formidable fish for perch and chub.

It dives to 80cm and 2m20, so you can use it in small rivers or lakes by adapting its retrieve speed. What's more, it's a floating lure. All you have to do is stop the retrieve for a few moments and the lure will return to a suitable swimming depth.
