Description

The Saltiga LD casting reel from Daiwa is a reel for sea trolling. It has been designed to take on big fish in deep waters. It features CRBB bearings and a one-piece aluminium frame that makes it extremely robust. With its 18kg of drag, you'll be able to tackle your record-breaking fish.

This trolling reel is equipped with a double speed system and a progressive drag so it can be used for medium trolling in 50/60lbs in the open sea as well as for sporty tuna stand-up fishing with PE:8 braid to give you enough capacity to safely handle fish weighing in excess of 40 to 50 kilos. So it remains versatile for different types of sea fishing.
