Description
Surfcasting is a sea fishing technique using bait that is very popular in France and Europe. The Shorecast Surf X surfcasting rod from Daiwa is ideal for fishing for bass and mullet from beaches and coastlines. With a length of 4m20, the Shorecast Surf X is capable of casting from 100 to 225g.
Its technical carbon blank is slim and powerful enough to propel rigs a long way. What's more, the Shorecast Surf X is fitted with a white reflective tip to make it easier to spot bites, even at night. Constructed from 3 separate strands, the Shorecast Surf X is easy to carry and store. It takes up a mere 147cm of space.
This surfcasting rod has a 19mm butt diameter and weighs just 498g. The SHXS33423HAF is fitted with a hybrid tip.
