Description
The large family of SG4 rods from Savage Gear family continues to grow with the Vertical Specialist BC casting rod. This casting rod has been developed for vertical fishing from a boat.
Although vertical fishing is most often carried out with a spinning rod, casting rods offer considerable fishing comfort.
With a length of 1m98 and a power of 12 to 33g, this is a versatile vertical rod that takes up very little space. To optimise sensitivity, resonance and compactness, Savage Gear has opted for a 1+1 design. This design preserves the technical qualities of the blank.
Fitted with a very light and strong Japanese Toray 30T blank, the Verticale Specialist BC casting rod features a fast action for effective strikes and excellent lure control.
The guides are Coil Control to improve casting performance with new generation braids. You'll also find ergonomic EVA grips and an Alien Lock Down Rell reel seat for unrivalled feel and performance in this range.
