The Tandem Trout Spinner from the brand Mepps is a double-bladed spinner. These 2 blades rotate together to generate numerous flashes of light and extra vibrations compared to a conventional spinning spoon. What's more, the 2 blades are independent and attached to a flexible shaft.

This design makes for a very fluid swimming action. So you can animate your spoon to make it more attractive to trout or perch.
