Description

The Moonshot Inshore spinning rod from Shimano has been designed for inshore saltwater fishing from beaches, rocky shores or harbours. With these rods Shimano, you can use medium-sized hard lures and metal jigs to fish for bass and other shallow-water species.

Designed in Japan and constructed from high modulus carbon blank with Hi-Power X technology, they feature increased resistance to twisting and fast tip recovery during casting. Their long length of over 2m50 makes the Moonshoot Inshore a super casting rod. This means you'll be able to reach long casting distances effortlessly to fish remote spots.

Lightweight and well-balanced, the Moonshoot has a fast action for improved strike response. Fitted with Fuji K rings, they are used throughout the range to improve line movement and minimise damage to high performance braids and mono.

All models are designed with 2 strands for easy storage and transport. The Moonshot Inshore is available in 4 models so you can cater for all situations and choose a rod that best suits the fishing techniques you use.
