Description

The Slender Scoop Shad is a 9cm, 4g soft shad lure from the brand Savage Gear. Its slender profile and paddle give it a very natural swimming action. Both vertical and linear, this shad is incredibly realistic. It will be hard to believe that this is not a real fish for the predators that cross its path. Its paddle generates low vibrations on the way down or on the retrieve, which will appeal to the most fussy of predators. Designed for pike-perch and perch fishing, it will also appeal to sea predators such as sea bass.

The finely worked details of this lure work in tandem with a rattle placed at tail level which sends out a very attractive clicking sound to nearby predators. The rattle is removable so you can adapt it to any situation.

The paddle is moulded into the body so it doesn't displace large quantities of water, making it ideal for moving water such as rivers or streams. What's more, it has the ability to dive deeper and faster than an ordinary shadtail. The Slender Scoop Shad is a lure to be mounted on a jig head for scratching or line fishing.
